Terms & Conditions

Our minimum terms exist for one reason; calibration. Your system needs time to learn your data before the intelligence it surfaces is meaningful.

• Foundations (Core): 30-day rolling — cancel anytime after month one

• Accelerate (Modules 1–2): 3-month minimum from go-live

• Command (Modules 1–3): 6-month minimum from go-live

• Intelligence (Full Suite): 6-month minimum from go-live

• Enterprise: Terms agreed individually in your MSA

All fees are payable monthly in advance. Setup fees are non-refundable.

You stay in control. We operate with read-only access; we never write to, alter, or delete anything in your connected systems.

• Read-only access to your CRM, accounting, and operational tools

• Data used solely to generate your intelligence outputs

• Your data is never sold, shared, or used to train AI models

• A signed Data Processing Agreement is required before configuration begins

• Access can be revoked by you at any time, in writing

You remain the data controller. We act as your data processor under UK GDPR.

Revelo surfaces commercial intelligence, not legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Every finding requires a review through our AI-powered systems before briefing arrives.

• All outputs are analytical observations, not professional advice

• Accuracy depends on the quality of data in your connected systems

• Early termination outside minimum periods is not available except in cases of material breach or insolvency

• Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12-month period

• Governed by the laws of England and Wales
